Power Yoga 1 (p1)
This dynamic sequence is a great intro to our Power Yoga 2 (p2) class. Power Yoga is a combination of Vinyassa Flow and Ashtanga practice. The room is slightly heated to a comfortable level to aid in flexibility, in turn, leaving you feeling cleansed, exhilirated and balanced. The perfect class for all levels. Great music compliments all of our classes.
Power Yoga 2 (p2)
A rigorous flowing sequence of postures that create heat, strength and flexibility. This class detoxifies and exhilirates the body, mind and spirit. Great music compliments all of our classes.
Sculpt Yoga (sculpt)
This class is a total body workout designed to sculpt every major muscle group by combining light weights with yoga postures. This intense but easy to follow workout is the perfect compliment to your regular yoga practice. Great music compliments all of our classes.
Ashtanga Inspired
Enjoy a more traditional approach to Yoga with Stacy McCarthy. Inspired by the fundamentals of Ashtanga Yoga, breath, focus and bandhas, this powerful flowing format works from the inside-out to create a strong, lean, flexible body and a calm, reflective, intuitive mind. Class includes standing & seated postures, core strength, backbends and finishing poses. Be prepared to move beyond boundaries and reach new levels in your practice. All this, to beautiful music.
Power Hour (ph)
Get ready to burn some calories, work on that core, strengthen and tone your body! A fun circuit training class that combines cardio, strength training and yoga to great, upbeat music.
Please arrive 10 minutes early. Bring a yoga mat, water and a towel.
Some classes are heated to promote flexibility, prevent injury and aid in cleansing of the body. All levels are welcome to join any class. SFY is a place of non-judgement.
